Richard Butler, Loan Officer

Richard is a Montana native and spent 7 years there in real estate prior to moving to Seattle.  While there he participated in the real Estate business as an agent, manager, managing broker, and owner of a number of real estate offices with a major real estate company.  He also instructed in excess of 20 certified real estate courses as recognized by the state.

For the past four years, he has acted as a loan officer in Sedona with a long established firm.  He has also become involved with the local Realtors as an affiliate and teaches Fair Housing, agent orientation, and a clock hour class in real estate finance which he authored.

Richard currently serves on the Realtor education committee in Sedona.  Past involvement includes two term President of a Rotary International Club.
