Jay was raised in Flagstaff and has lived in the White Mountain Community
for over fourteen years with his wife Shea and their children, Chans and
Chandler. He received both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Education from
NAU, which included a certification in Administration. Jay has been a
school administrator for the past five years where he has learned to work with a
